What do you think about the whole ,kids not being able to wear hats in school?

i think its kinda stupid , they say its because of some gang affiliated stuff . i was watching the news and a 9 year old girl was told that she had to take off her head accessory ... is a 9 year old girl with a blue head scarf with yellow flower on it be in a gang. or they should say that you should wear it but wear it a certain way .... i think that if it is acceptable to wear a hat in church , u could wear it in school ... that's just my opinion
