Will stock upper mounts work for Tein Suspension?

I just bought a 1994 Nissan 180sx (S13) And it came with a Tein suspension package. The Pillow ball upper mounts in the rear are very noisy but the ones in the front make no noise at all. I'm pretty sure that the pillow balls are bad but before I buy brand new tein pillow ball upper mounts, and it is still be noisy and bumpy, can i just use the stock upper mounts (top hats) in place of the pillow ball upper mounts, or do I have to have the Tein part for the Tein suspension. If I can't use the stock, when I get the new pillow ball upper mounts will it still sound like my car is falling apart everytime I hit a crack?
