Should i end this friendship or am i over reacting?

ok so i have this friend we just started getting close this summer. I am going through alot no car, no job, taking care of a 1 year old by myself. Well i've always had a car before now and i always took my friends everywhere and didnt complain or anything. Now that i have no car no one comes to visit me or anything! and I was working back in October and my last check i had to stretch till about now. and even though she knew i didnt have much of anything she still asked me for 10$ (it may not seem like much but it still was my money) and i loaned it to her along with 25$ in food stamps and i still havent recieved any back. She gets almost $1000 a month and that really ticks me off. also her boyfriend does cable and i asked her to ask her boyfriend if he could do my cable and she says 'you ask him' like all the places ive called for her and all that ive done she couldnt do a simple favor which was the only thing ive ever asked her to do. she also calls 24/7 and gets mad when i dont answer. she used to talk to me about her old best friend she even told me that she would sleep with him if he tried and now theyre like bff's again and that worries me because she was just saying how much she hates this girl and now theyre cool. do you think im over reacting because im mad or do you think this isnt a good friendship?
